What is up Team? Happy New Year! Lets have and even better 2018.
But first, let’s go over some highlights of 2017.
2017 was more of me testing the waters on both YouTube and Twitch platforms.
My YouTube Channel had roughly 500 subs in January. The initial subs were mainly from piggybacking off my old Ragnarok Online channel: Dee’s RO Journal. Starting from scratch was kind of a waste but I decided to just do it and set a goal of 2000 subscribers and 300k views. It was a slow roll at first as I tried different Games like XCOM 2, Eternal Card Game, Darkest Dungeon and Stardew Valley. Shooting videos daily helped with my awkwardness to the camera a lot!
In early January, I decided to create a Ragnarok Online character build video for my pre-renewal Blacksmith. It was surprisingly well received and this is when I decided to go full steam on RO stat and skill builds videos plus some iRO Classic content.

iRO Classic Loki: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDq87LJBMmngoA-Y8V2ru7QjKoORlRFtT
These videos were pretty much a good chunk of my content which grew my channel steadily until iRO RE:Start was announced in June. The channel blew up after that which ended the year with 4k subscribers and almost 1 million channel views.
Since RE:Start was running on REVO-CLASSIC settings it kind of caused some confusion with new subscribers. Though some builds still are transferable from Classic RO, majority of the content was outdated. REVO-CLASSIC was a mix of renewal server settings with classic leveling mechanics which was pretty new to the Ragnarok Online scene.
I would have made guides right away, but I decided to hold off until I was able to do some personal testing.
Which brings me to this announcement!
I’ll be making Revo-Classic character guides for the first half of the year!
This will include:
- Different Character stat/skill builds (pvm, pvp and woe)
- Transcendant Character stat/skill builds
- Stat progression
- RE:Start Equipment builds
I will also be making newbie friendly guides for those who want to jump over to iRO RE:Start and start fresh.
- Account and Character planning
- Leveling Guides
- Market Guides
- How to make Zeny Guides
All of these are coming to you in 2018. If you haven’t already you can “SUBSCRIBE” at GGDEEofficial on youtube so that you don’t miss out when videos go live.
New Subscriber Goal: 8000
New View Goal: 1.8m1
After hitting my YouTube goal in July, I decided to attack Twitch head on. I would definitely still consider myself a “NEW” streamer on this platform. There is A LOT that I don’t know.
Since iRO RE:Start just started open beta I decided to use that as a launching pad and stream Ragnarok Online Content. I grew a decent following and made a lot of new friends which watched the stream regularly. This is when I decided to start a Ragnarok Online Guild called “Game Greats”. It started out as a group of friends that play together regularly and grew into a 38-ish team that does War of Emperium regularly. Unfortunately, I cannot WoE with the current schedule but I am hopeful for the release of WoE 2.
Here is my new stream schedule for 2018:

I’ll try my hardest to stick to this schedule. If you haven’t already hit that “FOLLOW” on GGDEEofficial’s Twitch.

My goals for 2018 is to turn my brand into a real thriving business. I’ll work twice as hard to hopefully down the road be able to make the jump to full time content creation within a few years. Thanks for all the love and support team!
